Use representative coffee, food, skin oil or other contamination from the actual furniture environment.
Record the detergent, commercial cleaner, dilution and contact time used in the maintenance instruction.
Define wiping cloth, pressure, direction, number of passes and whether brushing is permitted.

Control Nap Direction and Shade Before Cutting Sofa Panels
Microfiber suede can appear lighter or darker when the nap is brushed in different directions. Large sofa panels make this visual effect more obvious, so cutting direction should be agreed before bulk nesting.
We recommend keeping a signed color and surface master for production approval. Where a project uses several rolls, compare visible panels under the same lighting and nap orientation.

The product currently lists 0.6, 0.8, 1.2 and 1.4 mm options. Select the production gauge around panel position, backing, foam, seam construction, hand feel and required physical performance, then lock it on the approved TDS.
Compare results only when the abrasion method, specimen, abradant, load or pressure, cycle count and failure endpoint are equivalent. Martindale and Wyzenbeek results should not be treated as directly interchangeable.
