1. Footwear Linings & Uppers
We engineer our footwear microfiber suede from 0.6mm (for breathable, high-wicking linings) up to 2.0mm (for heavy-duty work boots and safety shoes). Compliant with EN ISO 20345 safety footwear standards, these substrates deliver a stitch tear strength of ≥ 40 N and withstand > 80,000 Bally flexing cycles without micro-cracking at the toe bend. Dry and wet rubbing colorfastness is verified to Grade 4 (ISO 11640) to prevent dye transfer to socks.
2. Automotive Interiors
Formulated for high-temperature and solar-exposed vehicle cabins, our 0.6mm to 0.8mm lightweight automotive suede is perfect for headliners, pillars, and dashboards. Infused with hindered amine light stabilizers (HALS), it passes ISO 105-B02 Grade 4-5 light fastness under intense sun exposure. The material complies strictly with German VDA 278 low-VOC outgassing and FMVSS 302 flammability codes, ensuring an odorless cabin and zero windshield fogging (DIN 75201).
3. Commercial & Furniture Upholstery
Designed for high-traffic contract environments like hotels, offices, and lounges, our 1.2mm upholstery microsuede features a polycarbonate-grade polyurethane binder. This molecular structure is highly resistant to water molecule cleavage, easily surviving SATRA TM344 jungle tests (70°C, 95% relative humidity) to guarantee a lifespan exceeding 5 to 8 years. It withstands > 80,000 Martindale rubs and passes California TB 117-2013 flammability codes natively.
4. Bags & Leather Goods
Our structured microfiber suede core allows bag manufacturers to execute clean die-cuts with zero perimeter fraying. Unlike woven synthetics that unravel when sliced, our monolithic non-woven 3D matrix permits precise skiving, clean folding, and seamless edge painting. It provides high handle stitch tear strength (≥ 45 N) to secure heavy metal hardware anchors, briefcases, and luxury totes without rivet pull-out.
5. Luxury Packaging & Jewelry Displays
Under hot LED showcase lights, standard plastics and low-end PVC often exude volatile chemicals and odors. WINIW packaging-grade microsuede is formulated completely sulfur-free and acid-free, guaranteeing zero outgassing that would tarnish or oxidize gold, silver, and precious metals. The ultra-thin 0.5mm gauge wraps tight 90-degree V-groove presentation boxes smoothly without corner whitening.
